Not just settling for beautiful, professional, safe kennels, Playtime wants your pup to have a PlayCation, playing throughout the day while you are away.

Our luxury suites are the most comfortable suites in the industry, and you will be excited to see daily photos of your loved one playing the day away while you are away! Temperature controlled rooms and raised beds for any dogs who desire having them await your pup when using Playtime for your dogs' needs for overnight stays.

At Playtime, we view your pet's stay as one that should not be traumatic to your pup, but more of a case of it being on its own vacation, or time away.

We ask that you NOT bring in beds, as we provide beds for you, with comfortable blankets to provide additional comfort. If you prefer that we NOT provide the raised beds (due to possible destruction of beds) please let us know at drop off and we will remove it from their suite.

What Makes Playtime Different?

NO HIDDEN FEES

We charge per 24 hour period. No add-on fees for pickups and drop offs. Fees for additional play sessions and special needs will be described at drop off, NOT when you pay for your bill at the end!

LARGE KENNELS

Our kennels are some of the largest, most comfortable kennels in the nation, about 25 square feet per kennel! The kennel area is temperature controlled (72 degrees year round).

PLAYTIME - ALL THE TIME!

Play sessions are included in our pricing. For those dogs that qualify (we require an evaluation on your dog's first day), they will receive 3 play sessions per 24 hours, including weekends.

FREE BATH

Dogs that stay for 5 nights and over receive a free bath so they come home to you smelling fresh, and feeling fresh too!

Monday - Friday Boarding Schedule

6:00am - 6:10am: Feeding/Special Needs: Our visitors are fed, and any special needs are taken care of.
6:15am - 8:15am: Playtime!: All dogs are out the entire 2 hours in this session. At the end of this session dogs are checked over and return to their kennels for a short break. During this time our staff freshens up their rooms.
8:15am - 11:30am: Rest Stop: Dogs are put back in their rooms, for a rest break, soothing music, and dogs with special needs are attended to. With active play sessions, this break is a necessary break from the action. Snacks and treats will also be handled during this time. Special needs are also taken care of during this time.
11:30am - 1:45pm: More Playtime!: Your kids are back out to play for another round! Water is available the entire time, and access to outdoor areas is weather permitting.
1:45pm - 5:00pm: 2nd Rest Stop: Dogs are checked over thoroughly and kenneled, special needs are taken care of, and some go off to get cleaned up. Dogs are fed at the end of this time frame, excluding dogs with special needs or feeding instructions, which when supplied to us by you, are followed to a tee, free of charge.

*Our boarding guests need more breaks than the daycare dogs, because over longer stays our visitors can get more tired, and at times, more temperamental. These extra breaks, and the smaller groups that we keep our visitors in compared to other boarding facilities, make a less stressful, more enjoyable experience for your loved one. Our experience in dealing with guests for more than 15 years caused us to find a better system for you family member than our competitors, to maximize your loved ones experience while at our facility!*
5:00pm - 7:45pm: Last Playtime!: This long session really gets them tired for bedtime! During this session, they have access to water the entire time, and all dogs are checked over thoroughly. At the end of this session dogs are checked over and return to their kennels for the evening. During this time our staff freshens up their rooms, before the pups go back away for the evening. Soothing music is played throughout the night for our guests, as they sleep, tired out from a long fun day of play!

Saturday & Sunday Boarding Schedule

6:30am: Feeding and bathroom break: Our guests are let out immediately for a bathroom break, then back to their rooms as we prepare for a day of play.
8:00am - 12:00pm: Playtime!: Our visitors are ready to go, and we get them out to socialize, play with friends, burn off energy and enjoy mother nature! Our handlers give your loved ones all the love and cuddling they can handle. Visitors who do not use the optional daycare get 1 hour of play in this session. While the pups are out, our crew is freshening up rooms and handling any special needs.
12pm - 2:00pm: Rest Stop: Dogs are put back in their rooms, for a rest break, soothing music, and dogs with special needs are attended to. With active play sessions, this break is a necessary break from the action. Snacks and treats will also be handled during this time. Special needs are also taken care of during this time.
2:00pm - 5:00pm: More Playtime!: Our visitors are ready to go again, and we get them out to socialize, play with friends, burn off energy and enjoy mother nature! Our handlers give your loved ones all the love and cuddling they can handle. Visitors who do not use the optional daycare get 1 hour of play in this session. While the pups are out, our crew is freshening up rooms and handling any special needs.
5:00pm - 6:45pm: Feeding and bathroom break: Our guests are fed, and final special needs are tended to. A final bathroom break is given before our guests settle in for the evening.

Prices are charged per 24 hour period. Additional daycare charges apply after the 24 hour period passes ($12 per session). Playtime will charge a $8/night "Peak Time" fee for any stays that fall during prime vacation periods, such as holidays, spring break, and summer weekends, due to the extreme high volume during those periods. Free Bath for Visits 5 Nights and Longer! (Upon Customer Request, $20-$50 value!!!).

All first time boarding reservations require prepayment for half of the scheduled stay.

Stays of longer than 6 days may require prepayment. These prepayments are non-refundable within 48 hours of stay.

Vaccines required for daycare and boarding are Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella, and a negative fecal sample must be provided along with vaccines, and updated with yearly proof of vaccinations. (Consult Rules and Regulations for more info).

On the day of dropoff we ask that you drop off before 6:30 PM if possible, as this way we can get your pup out for a bit before we put them away for the evening...this is to make your loved one feel comfortable with their surroundings instead of just being put away.
